Piedmont Real Estate Group is pleased to announce its latest development project.
92 Thompson Street is a 30,000 square foot, three story residential condominium building slated to break ground in the second quarter of 2023 in downtown Alpharetta, GA. The project will consist of five spacious living units, with direct elevator access from the enclosed basement parking garage to each floor.
Alpharetta, GA is one of the most sought after addresses in the Atlanta area. The city has gained a well deserved reputation for its outstanding re-imagining and redevelopment over the past 10 years, and is the recipient of numerous awards and nationwide recognition.
Piedmont has been engaged by the landowner to direct the development process and execute on the construction of the units. Piedmont represented the ownership in the entitlement process which was unanimously approved at every level of city review and is now collaborating with engineering, architectural and construction teams to bring the project to life. The project was fully entitled by the city earlier this year.

Piedmont has a long-standing relationship with Paul Gibbs, the principal owner of 92 Thompson. Mr. Gibbs has been a partner and investor in a number of Piedmont sponsored projects over the past decade and he will be the first occupant of the project.
